A result in production every two weeks, operated and documented

An established team that delivers in two-week increments, operates what it builds — and grows your internal team instead of replacing it.

DeliveryTeam on demand

“We need delivery capability now, but not a vendor that keeps us dependent.”

Duration
Ongoing, from 3 months, monthly notice after the initial term
Who it is for
Organisations building or modernising a domain system without enough internal capacity or experience right now
Price frame
from €14,000 per month, day rate €1,250–1,600

Typical symptoms

  • The initiative is decided, but nobody internally is free to carry it.
  • Every change to the legacy system costs weeks and nobody dares to touch it.
  • The current vendor delivers tickets, but nobody owns the whole.
  • After go-live it is unclear who is on call and who fixes defects.
  • Knowledge sits with externals and every switch costs months again.

Outcome

  • Delivery in two-week increments with a visible result, not a status report
  • Operating what we build: observability, on-call, error budget
  • Decisions as ADRs so they remain traceable in two years
  • Modernisation of existing systems in strangler style instead of a rewrite
  • Planned handover: your team takes over step by step — that is part of the engagement

How we work

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2 — starting point

We read code, operations and backlog, talk to business and team and cut the first increments. The result is a delivery plan with sequence and risks.

  2. 02

    From week 3 — deliver

Two-week increments with a real result in production. Progress shows in the running system, not in a percentage.

  3. 03

    Operate

We own what we build: observability, on-call and defect fixing are part of delivery, not of a follow-up contract.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Your team works alongside from day one and takes over increasingly. The engagement is successful when you no longer need us.

Frequently asked

Is this body leasing?
No. You do not buy hours, you buy delivered and operated increments. We own the outcome and the operations, not just attendance.
How large is the team?
Two to four people is the norm. Larger setups create more coordination than delivery, smaller ones cannot carry on-call.
What happens to our legacy system?
It gets relieved step by step instead of rewritten: strangler slices, test coverage on critical paths, operations keep running throughout.
What does it cost?
From €14,000 per month depending on team size and on-call scope. Day rate band €1,250 to €1,600.
