Why this page exists
We work with AI — in client projects and on this website. If you buy software ownership from us, you should know how we handle it ourselves. So this page states what we use AI for, and what we don't. There is no legal obligation to publish this; we think it is the right thing to do.
How the texts are written
Topics, arguments and opinions come from practice — from projects, conversations and our own mistakes. AI helps with structure, first drafts, cutting length and translating between German and English. Every published article is then reviewed, edited and owned by a human — namely Sebastian Voina-Winter. No text goes online unread.
What we don't do
We do not publish automatically generated article series to feed search engines. We do not invent numbers, studies or quotes. If we cite a source, we have read it. If we don't know something, we say so.
Images and illustrations
Some visuals on this website are generated and then edited. They are design, not documentation: they show no real people, no actual project results and no client systems.
Ask KAI: the assistant on this website
Bottom right, Ask KAI answers questions about our content. Answers are generated automatically from the published articles, offers and pages of this website and are labelled as such — they are not editorially reviewed before they appear and can be incomplete or inaccurate. They replace neither a conversation nor advice; only what we commit to personally is binding. The contact form itself uses no AI. Details on data processing are in the privacy statement.
Reporting mistakes
If you spot a factual error, tell us via the contact form. We correct it and note what changed.
